Paris
September is a great month to visit Paris. It is still warm so there is no need to take your coat and thankfully the hordes of tourists from America have left.
When in Paris, there are so many sights to see you will wonder where to start. Of course the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral will be high on your list of things to do. But have you consider taking a wander around the Latin Quarter or sit in a cafe drinking coffee in Montmartre?
Montmartre is a hill to the north of central Paris in which a beautiful white church, the Basilica of the Sacre Coeur or the Church of the Sacred Heart sits. It is typically more French in this part of Paris and you will find artists and painters on each street corner. There are some fantastic patisseries and boulangeries where the pastries, cakes and desserts are divine.
