Prague is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. It is truly recommended for a romantic city break as it has a great mix of culture, shopping, sights and attractions to interest everyone. If you go in the winter you will hopefully see an incredible sight with the houses, architecturally stunning buildings and the castle all covered in a scattering of snow which gives it a magical quality. If you go in the summer it is equally beautiful with all of the features of the buildings exposed and with a good deal of greenery mixed into the urban areas of the city. There are many sights in Prague which you can explore for free, or at least relatively cheaply; Wencelas Square, the shops and the museum which stands proudly at the top of the hill, the old town square with the astronomical clock and the town hall, the main shopping street which has all the shops you could ever desire, and if you are lucky you may be in time for one of the many street markets which sell various traditional goods. There are hundreds of cheap hotels which are very good quality so have a look online before you go and check into a hotel in your budget, trust me, when you get there it will be better than you imagined for the money! Prague is highly recommended and I will definitely go again.
